  • Select the ANSWER SHEET link.
    • You will input your information and will answer a few Course Evaluation questions.
    • Using the online ANSWER SHEET, answer the Exam Questions that are in the Course Material packet.
    • Answer all of the questions using the online ANSWER SHEET.
  • Select the SUBMIT button after you have answered all of the course questions.
    • If you have answered at least 70% of the questions correctly, you will automatically see a course Completion Certificate on your computer screen.
    • A Completion Certificate will also be automatically emailed to you.
