  PAUL K. CHITWOOD, Ph.D., a Clinical Psychologist, is a faculty instructor and mentor whose specialties include Individual, Couples, Family and Group Therapy, Psychological Testing, Interventions/Intervention Training, and Outpatient Chemical Dependency Treatment. Dr. Chitwood has been working with patients in the Sacramento area since 1989, currently maintaining private practices in Roseville and Sacramento. Some of his work in chemical dependency has included case management and family therapy at Starting Point Hospital, Intern Coordinator and the hospital, and chemical dependency course instruction at American River College. Dr. Chitwood earned his Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in Psychology, his Master’s degree in Psychology, and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from U.S. International University, San Diego.
