MICHAEL
J. SADLER,
Dr.AD, is an adjunct Faculty Professor and Mentor. Dr.
Sadler, who is a Registered Addiction Specialist (RAS), currently
serves as the Director of Education Services for Staff Licensure,
Certification and Continuing Education for Cornerstone of Recovery,
Inc. in Louisville, Tennessee. He also presents educational lectures
for colleges, universities and high schools as part of Cornerstone's
addiction awareness and community outreach programs. Dr. Sadler is a
member of a number of professional organizations, including the
National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors, the
American Association of Group Psychotherapists, the American Academy
of Health Care Providers, and the Tennessee Association of Alcohol
and Drug Abuse Counselors. His published work includes "The
Convergence of Group Psychotherapy and the Twelve Steps of
AA" (2003) Journal of Addictive Disorders (www.breining.edu).
Dr. Sadler earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from
Troy State University, and earned his Master of Arts in Addictive
Disorders and his Doctor of Addictive Disorders (Dr.AD) degrees from
Breining Institute.
