BILLIE C. HARMAN, M.D., Board Certified in Psychiatry by the
American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, is a faculty instructor and mentor. Dr. Harman
has served as a physician for Kaiser Hospital, California State University Student Health
Center, and for Sacramento County Public Health, and has served as a Staff Psychiatrist at
California State Prison in Represa, California, since 1990. She performed her residency in
the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California Medical Center, Sacramento,
and is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Dr. Harman completed
her undergraduate work at Stanford University with honors, completed her Pre-med work at
University of California, Berkley, and was graduated from University of California, Davis,
Medical School, with honors, in 1980. |
